Inside Sales Representative | Aviation Parts
Lamar Aero is an established aviation parts and service distribution company based in Jacksonville, Fla., seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to support their domestic and international aircraft customers. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing expectations, and closing transactions while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow up on leads
Use CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads and forecast sales
Collaborate with sales assistants and other cross-functional teams to ensure that clients have a positive experience
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Ensure that product is received by client and that client is satisfied with service
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical sales
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
Ability to manage customer expectations
Ability to close transactions
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
Ability to identify new business opportunities
