Responsibilities

Assist in designing and documenting AI-driven workflows to analyze, optimize, and enhance workflow processes within the QA department

Build workflow prototypes using automation platforms

Conduct testing and evaluation of AI models, assessing output quality, speed, and reliability

Help integrate AI services with internal tools and databases

Research emerging AI tools and recommend improvements to existing processes

Analyze workflow performance and prepare reports on efficiency gains and ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their use cases and implement improvements

Document procedures, best practices, and workflow architecture

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimization

Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or similar

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and documentation abilities

Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and collaboratively
