Responsibilities

Report to and take direction from the Regional Clinical Director

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery

Implement Flywheel's clinical policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Flywheel's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team

Fulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:

Conducting assessments and reassessments

Developing individualized treatment plans

Providing clinical supervision and parent training

Participate in Flywheel trainings, events, and professional development opportunities

Enter billable hours in Central Reach within the required time frame

Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Regional Clinical Director

Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
