Responsibilities
Develop and deploy complex North52 formulas including functions, decision tables, and scheduling logic to automate and streamline Dynamics 365 processes
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical rule logic using North52 BPA
Integrate North52 with D365 workflows, business process flows, and external systems where required
Optimize existing rules for performance, maintainability, and clarity
Conduct unit and integration testing of North52 solutions, ensuring compliance with technical and business standards
Troubleshoot formula errors and performance issues across environments
Provide documentation and technical support to developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
Serve as a subject matter expert on North52 capabilities and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with North52 BPA (Formula Manager, Decision Tables, Scheduler)
Advanced proficiency in the North52 BPA platform including Formula Types: Classic, Decision Tables, Schedule-based, Save-To-Entity
Functions: Find Value, Find Records, If Else, Switch, Execute Workflow, Web Fusion, Set Attribute, Math, Date Time, Security, and more
Deep understanding of D365 data schema, entity relationships, and process automation
Experience with CRM customization, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and JavaScript integration
Strong ability to debug, optimize, and refactor rule logic and formulas
Experience promoting solutions across environments and adhering to DevOps/release governance
Exceptional attention to detail, technical writing, and stakeholder communication
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions under tight deadlines
