Required

Enrollment in an accredited college or university obtaining a bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; Graduate students will also be considered

A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong work ethic

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Detail oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); additional experience Tableau, Power BI, and/or prior experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc…) a plus

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects; basic project management skills desired

Preferred

Graduate student (preferably second year Masters or PhD student) in Industrial – Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Human Resources or related field. Bachelors students equally considered
