1+ years of experience in civil litigation (bonus if you have employment experience)

This role requires legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance

This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effectively

This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions

Admission to the state bar of California required
