Responsibilities
Conducting proactive outreach via phone and email
Representing Mendoza at 50–75 recruitment events annually (virtual, on-campus, and travel-based)
Engaging current students and alumni to support recruitment initiatives
Hosting and participating in program presentations, information sessions, signature events, and yield activities
Providing personalized guidance to prospects and applicants, and maintaining relationship records in Slate CRM
Reviewing applications across the MBA and other graduate business programs
Assessing academic records, test scores, professional experience, writing samples, and interview performance
Using sound professional judgment to recommend admission and fellowship decisions to senior leadership
Anticipating yield challenges and executing strategies that strengthen class enrollment
Partnering with Student Services and Career Services on communications and Orientation support
Creating and analyzing weekly enrollment and cohort profile reports
Participating in the University’s performance management process through Endeavor
Assisting with travel schedules, logistics, outreach, and event preparation
Managing partnerships that strengthen our national and global presence
Ensuring a polished, professional, and mission-aligned representation of Mendoza at all events
Developing compelling email marketing content and campaigns
Enhancing engagement among prospective students and driving application activity
Serving as a liaison to the Admissions Operations team as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5 to 6 years of relevant experience (specifically in higher education)
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
Public speaking
Building rapport and establishing trust quickly
Analyze data and glean insights
Proactive and persistent in approach
Preferred
Admissions-related experience desired
