Responsibilities

Work closely with commercial team to identify pricing opportunities, provide quotations for customers, track execution, and provide appropriate metrics

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information that enhances their purchasing experience

Identify opportunities to streamline the sales process, collaborating with sales and pricing teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and responsiveness

Maintain and update customer and pricing databases accurately, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible for the sales team

Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and pricing trends to assist the sales team in making data-driven decisions

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and communicate findings to relevant teams

Ensuring accuracy of initial price entry by having strong attention to detail

Efficient price quote turnaround with a sense of urgency
