Responsibilities

Maintain a full, accurate register of all passive and active Fibre and Wireless assets across the network
Track asset lifecycle from procurement to installation, recovery, RMA, and disposal
Maintain serial numbers, warranties, firmware versions, and status indicators
Reconcile physical and system records across engineers, hosts, warehouses, and suppliers
Maintain accurate data across Salesforce, Fulcrum Elite, JIRA, and warehouse systems
Own and manage the Salesforce host management queue, ensuring all host-related cases are logged, triaged, progressed, and closed with full audit trails
Maintain host records including contact details, power arrangements, contractual terms, and access constraints
Coordinate host access for all engineering, maintenance, upgrade, and rationalisation activities
Communicate with hosts regarding outages, works, access issues, upgrades, and planned interventions
Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Procurement/Supplier Management on contract matters, renewals, payments, and disputes
Identify and escalate host-related risks including denied access, unsafe structures, or site issues
Log all host interactions thoroughly, maintaining visibility and traceability
Support the wireless decommissioning and rationalisation programme by coordinating access and equipment removal
Maintain a clear, accurate record of the physical location of all Fibre, FWA, and GWB assets
Ensure all system records (Salesforce, Fulcrum, JIRA, warehouse logs, QGIS references) reflect real-world physical configurations
Update asset entries as equipment is installed, moved, replaced, or recovered
Identify asset discrepancies or mismatches and correct them promptly
Maintain full traceability for each asset, including lifecycle stage and location history
Work with Design to extract accurate passive infrastructure information from QGIS
Build and maintain a comprehensive asset list using grid coordinates and design identifiers
Ensure Fibre and Wireless mapping information aligns to real-world deployment
Synchronise mapping-derived asset information with Fulcrum, Salesforce, and JIRA
Provide mapping and design insights to NetOps, Field Operations, Quality, and Compliance
Support PIA, LA, internal audit, or regulatory obligations by ensuring asset data is accurate
Prepare evidence packs to support inspections or investigations
Maintain documentation demonstrating control over passive network assets
Maintain accurate data across Salesforce, Fulcrum Elite, JIRA, and internal spreadsheets or registers
Produce reports relating to asset utilisation, discrepancies, host issues, decommissioning progress, and stock visibility
Support continuous improvement for data capture, asset governance, and documentation

Required

Understanding of fibre passive networks (poles, chambers, ducts, CBT/FDJ, splitters, enclosures)
Knowledge of FWA and GWB wireless components, host structures, power configurations, and site relationships
GCSEs or equivalent (including English and Maths) – essential

Preferred

A-Level, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent vocational qualification in business, administration, operations, or a technical field – desirable
Relevant industry experience may be accepted instead of formal qualifications
