Responsibilities

Assist with creation of project charter for all new projects

Actively monitor project scope and facilitate communication for key stakeholder updates, approvals, and recommendations as needed

Support internal and vendor partner meetings include agenda preparation, notes, recaps, project presentation updates, timeline/calendars and overall project status

Support the documentation and scheduling needs of the project team

Assist with organization and maintenance of digital records

Partner with Sr. and Implementation Project Managers on ad hoc tasks to support projects and run the business deliverables

Build relationships and partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrate strong communication skills around the goals, activities and risks associated with projects

Leverage data and experience to influence discussions and provide project team recommendations

Participate in an environment that encourages discussion and fosters collaboration while navigating through ambiguity to implement project deliverables
