Managing Director - Risk and Corporate and Investment Banking Recruitment
Madison-Davis, LLC is in major expansion mode and is seeking a Managing Director to lead their Risk and Corporate Investment Banking recruitment efforts. The role involves driving growth, building a high-performing recruiting team, and establishing the firm as a national leader in the recruitment space.
Responsibilities
Drive Growth and Business Development
Expand our presence across major U.S. markets within Risk, Corporate Banking, and Investment Banking recruitment
Lead client acquisition and open new revenue channels with banks, investment firms, hedge funds, asset managers, and financial institutions
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Coverage Banking, Capital Markets, and CIB functions
Create go to market strategies that position Madison Davis as a national force in the Risk and CIB search space
Represent the firm as a partner and advisor to top-tier clients
Build and manage a high-performing recruiting team specializing in Risk and CIB
Establish a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and results
Partner with senior leadership on national expansion, headcount strategy, and long-range plans
Enhance systems and processes to drive efficiency, delivery quality, and client satisfaction
Oversee full recruitment lifecycle execution with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and high-touch service
Support recruiters on sourcing strategy, screening, and candidate presentation
Track performance metrics to identify opportunities, increase output, and elevate team effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Eight or more years of experience recruiting in Risk, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or financial services search, with at least five years in leadership or business development
Proven history of revenue growth, market expansion, and deep senior client relationships
Experience leading teams within executive search or staffing
Expertise across Risk disciplines including Credit, Market, Operational, and Enterprise Risk or across CIB functions including Coverage Banking, Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and Structured Products
Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a high-growth environment
