Mid LevelnLeague is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will gather, analyze, and document business needs while acting as a bridge between stakeholders. The role involves translating complex business problems into technical requirements and ensuring new systems enhance productivity and support departmental objectives.

Responsibilities
Gathering Requirements: Produce needs from stakeholders via interviews, workshops, surveys, and analyzing current systems
Analysis & Documentation: Analyze business processes, document requirements (functional, non-functional), and create models (like use cases)
Liaison: Communicate between business users, developers, designers, and project managers, resolving conflicts
Validation & Testing: Participate in reviewing, validating, and testing new systems to ensure they meet requirements
Traceability: Maintain requirement traceability matrices to track needs through the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
Experience in IT, software implementation, or business analysis
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Core to assessing needs and finding solutions
Communication: Explaining technical details to business users and business needs to tech teams
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT systems, software, and programming principles (Python, Java)
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations
Documentation: Clear and concise writing for requirements
Methodologies: Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC)
