Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable web applications using React and React Hooks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries, ensuring high performance and responsiveness within applications
Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) to manage application state effectively
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering best practices and coding standards within the team
Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimizing performance and user experience
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in React and frontend development, applying innovative solutions to enhance our technology stack
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, including agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Qualification
Required
Experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and routing solutions (e.g., React Router)
Familiarity with backend technologies, RESTful APIs, and integration of frontend applications with backend services
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with TypeScript and other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js)
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and CI/CD practices
Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment models (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Relevant certifications in React or frontend development
