Responsibilities
Manage internal operations across multiple systems
Handle Shopify order management including refunds, reships, cancellations, basic product edits, QA of checkout process, and monitoring integrations
Maintain Klaviyo email and SMS flows by updating images, simple design modules, replacing copy, creating segments within established criteria, performance monitoring and reporting, and creating AB tests of existing flows
Provide customer support through daily inbox management, checking order statuses, scripted responses, and escalating issues when necessary
Manage partner portal support tickets and partner-related issues
Assist with Zapier automations and basic Figma asset updates including text updates and image replacements using existing templates
Qualification
Required
You have experience in Shopify order management, product edits, and system integrations
You're comfortable maintaining Klaviyo email/SMS flows—design tweaks, copy swaps, segments, and performance monitoring
You've built or managed automations in Zapier and enjoy optimizing workflows
You have a background in DTC or e-commerce with a mix of technical and marketing skills
You're extremely organized and able to manage multiple tasks across systems
You're a clear communicator who knows how to follow established processes while spotting improvements
You stay calm under pressure and take initiative when something breaks or needs attention
You enjoy collaborating with a remote team and supporting both customers and internal partners
You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule
You can secure the required technical setup, including:
