Responsibilities
Identify small and midsized businesses to offer Insperity’s human resource services and technology
Call on business owners virtually and in person to explain how Insperity’s HR solutions can help solve their challenges
Engage your network and build lasting partnerships
Accomplish sales goals determined by management
Complete bid paperwork for new client contracts
Facilitates new client process with information gathered from new clients
Qualification
Required
Sales experience, preferably in a consultative role
Ability to build relationships and recommend solutions based on client needs
Motivation for long-term residual income
Business acumen, with experience in owning a business or entrepreneurial spirit
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with C-suite executives
Ability to grow a network of business executives
Experience in identifying small and midsized businesses for service offerings
Ability to conduct virtual and in-person sales calls
Capability to engage networks and build lasting partnerships
Ability to accomplish sales goals set by management
Experience in completing bid paperwork for new client contracts
Ability to facilitate the new client process with information gathered from new clients
