Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive PR technology and analytics roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and strategies

Serve as a key advisor to PR leadership on workforce trends, predictive insights, and technology innovations

Problem solver who can investigate an issue, find the cause, make necessary corrections and formulate/communicate new policies if necessary

High sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Oversees the administration, optimization, and governance of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG)

Design and implement a centralized HR shared services model, including defining service delivery standards, processes, and technology enablement

Drive operational excellence through automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives

Own the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and KPIs for PR and business leaders

Lead predictive analytics initiatives for workforce planning, retention, and talent optimization

Translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making at all levels

Collaborate with Enterprise Data & Analytics to align HR data strategy with organizational data architecture

Ensure consistency in data governance, integration, and advanced analytics capabilities

Champion cross-functional projects leveraging enterprise data for holistic business insights

Establish standards for data quality, privacy, and ethical use of PR data

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
