Responsibilities
Lead nationwide sales strategy across integrated facilities management solutions
Drive high-value enterprise sales, targeting major corporate and Fortune-level clients
Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing sales organisation
Develop market penetration plans and oversee pipeline development from prospecting to close
Work closely with the executive board to influence long-term commercial direction
Qualification
Required
Facilities Management industry experience is essential
Proven track record of leading large national sales teams and winning major multi-million-dollar contracts
Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills at C-suite level
Deep understanding of FM solutions (hard, soft, IFM, technical services, etc.)
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on commercial leadership
