Build and manage relationships with prospective residents and families

Conduct tours and clearly communicate services, amenities, and care options

Understand individual needs and recommend appropriate care solutions

Achieve occupancy and revenue goals through strong closing ability

Participate in community outreach, events, and networking activities

Maintain accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales activity

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience
