Responsibilities

Providing onsite hardware and networking support by performing installations, moves, and repairs as needed
Working in coordination with the Sales team and being the primary point of contact and support for customers
Responsible for technical assistance, follow-up services, and problem escalation

Qualification

Cabling experienceA+ certificationBICSI certificationCAT 5e6ACustomer service skillsOrganizational skillsTeamwork

Required

Prior cabling experience required
A+, certification highly desired
Position requires 50% traveling, both in and out of state, including overnight stays
BICSI certification, or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days
Knowledge of CAT 5e, 6, 6A is a plus
Must be available for varying shifts depending on customers' needs
Exceptional organizational skills and a professional presence
Ability to work efficiently within a team as well as independently
Must have ability to lift 50 lbs. as well as know and use proper lifting techniques
Must be able to climb ladders
Must be comfortable working at heights of 3-40 ft
Must have exceptional driving record and have a valid driver's license (part of the responsibilities will be to drive a company vehicle)
Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
