Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
4-7 years of commercial litigation experience
Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and analysis
Substantial experience drafting and editing complex briefs and motions
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
