Responsibilities
Prospect and reach out to real estate agents, brokerages, and developers to promote Properstar’s advertising services
Explain the value of Properstar’s platform, tools, and international reach to prospective clients
Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system (HubSpot)
Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and follow-ups with interested prospects
Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinating with internal teams when needed
Achieve sales targets and report weekly progress to your manager
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate offerings and answer questions
Follow Properstar’s processes, including tagging, pipeline management, and outreach cadences
Qualification
Required
The candidate must speak fluent English
Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Fluent Croatian would be a strong asset
Previous experience in sales, advertising, or the real estate industry preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus
