Responsibilities
Prepares assignment of mortgage documents for quality control review and execution
Provides quality assurance reviews on assignments of mortgage for loans throughout the Company in various stages such as delinquency, active in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or loans that are pending transfer/sale
Reviews documents to ensure they conform to state-specific requirements as well as document- specific check lists
Communicates with preferred vendors, law firms, and other third parties regarding any needed document revisions prior to execution
Follows-up with preferred vendors, law firms, and other third parties for receipt of recorded images and notate systems upon recordation
Qualification
Required
Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
At least one year's experience in Mortgage Servicing
Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Preferred
Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS and Fiserv
