The Project Manager and Business Analyst will partner with the COO to lead projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic planning.

Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and manage complex cross functional projects identified by the COO, ensuring timely completion with clearly defined outcomes
Maintain a centralized project tracker with weekly updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership
Identify potential risks such as vendor delays or equipment maintenance issues and develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate change management activities for new processes, technology implementations, or operational transitions
Serve as the central point of communication between operations, finance, IT, and external partners
Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across operational areas
Gather, document, and manage business requirements, translating COO directives into clear functional specifications
Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure initiative performance and support executive decision making
Support new system implementations and ensure solutions align with operational needs
Assist the COO during onboarding periods through rapid data gathering, analysis, and organizational assessment
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Business Analytics (or a proven track record of learning ability)
Experience supporting C level or senior leadership
Strong financial understanding with the ability to build and analyze business cases and ROI models
