Responsibilities

Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive, professional interactions
Solid experience with Windows 11, desktop hardware, VoIP phones, printers, docking stations, monitors, cameras, and common software applications
Working knowledge of mobile device functions and cellular plan provisioning
Proficient in installing, configuring, and deploying desktop hardware and peripherals
Familiarity with Intune or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
Ability to learn and apply various technology support methodologies and best practices
Foundational understanding of networking concepts including VPN, Wi-Fi, PC imaging, and cabling
Ability to transport and physically deploy computer hardware (up to 50 lbs)
Must have reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel 40+ miles per day
Strong ability to follow detailed technical instructions and execute deployment procedures accurately
Detail-oriented with strong inventory management and documentation skills
Experience with incident and service request tools (e.g., service desk ticketing systems)
Dependable with the ability to adhere to time-sensitive schedules and meet deadlines
