Responsibilities

Partner with an ACD Copy and creative leadership to concept and execute earned-first, social-by-design campaigns for Microsoft and other high-profile clients

Generate compelling visual concepts and assets for digital, social, video, and experiential activations

Collaborate across disciplines—including strategy, influencer, account, and production—to bring ideas to life from concept through execution

Present creative work to clients with clarity and vision, owning the visual expression of big ideas

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring junior designers and ensuring design excellence throughout

Oversee production processes with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on time, on brief, and on budget
