Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
Young Electric LLC is currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to act as the company’s first point of contact. The role involves managing communications, making appointments, dispatching electricians, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and document important information
Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units
Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system
Respond to queries related to the services we offer (electrical)
Use the phone and computer to direct crews to the appropriate sites
Prioritize and organize calls
Supervise the route and status of field units to prioritize their daily schedule
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
Strong electrical knowledge, or adaptability and eagerness to learn it
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entry
Ability to work well under pressure
Dispatching: 1 year
Preferred
Experience in the electrical industry or with HCP software
