Responsibilities
Build and refine interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
Create and iterate on visual tools such as dashboards, timelines, and interactive workflow components
Work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver clean, scalable solutions
Improve and expand the existing design system with reusable components
Manage complex UI behavior where data and layouts update in real time
Focus on high-quality user experience, including motion, layout, edge-case handling, and accessibility
Help direct front-end technical decisions as the product grows
Qualification
Required
8+ years working in front-end engineering roles
Strong background in React, TypeScript, and component-driven development
Deep experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and UI interaction principles
Experience developing or maintaining a design system
Ability to design and build complex data-heavy interfaces
Strong eye for visual consistency and layout quality
U.S. citizenship required
Preferred
Bonus experience with GraphQL, mapping/video interfaces, or AI-driven UI features
Exposure to backend languages like Go, Python, or Java is a plus
