Responsibilities

Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community

Connect members of their local communities with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs, including Auto, Home, and Life products from top national and regional carriers

Provide uncapped pay including base salary and bonuses, with renewal commissions providing opportunity to increase earnings each year

Participate in paid training (including licensing training) and mentorships for career goals

Receive sales support, including earning commission for leads even if other team members close the deals
