Responsibilities

Rapidly attaining proficiency in the Project Management Organization’s (PMO) toolset, ensuring effective management and continuous enhancement of PMO tools and processes
Collaborating with enterprise-wide PMO leaders to identify, implement, and promote best practices in project management, leveraging these insights to advance tools and drive data analysis initiatives
Partnering with Divisional Leaders to extract and synthesize critical project information, supporting informed and strategic business decision-making
Leading the development and refinement of processes and tools, proactively addressing organizational gaps and driving continuous improvement
Gathering, evaluating, and translating feedback from peer groups and Engineering managers into actionable requirements to advance the PMO toolset
Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing innovative solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related operations field
5+ years of experience managing high tech projects within a large organization (1,000+ employees)
Proven experience in designing or enhancing software-based tools, conducting data analysis, and optimizing PMO processes
Demonstrated ability to interface with and lead discussions among cross-functional group leaders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project scheduling tools, and PowerPoint
Exceptional communication skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%)

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree
Software experience
