Channel Partnerships Manager
Financial Recovery Technologies is a leading technology-based services firm that helps the investment community identify eligibility, file claims, and recover funds from securities class action settlements. They are seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager to drive the growth and management of partnerships, focusing on expanding brand presence and building the client base in collaboration with the sales team.
Responsibilities
Expand relationships across existing partners, including custodian banks, fund administrators, technology platforms, finders, resellers and associations, to build a pipeline of prospects
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partnerships and strategic objectives
Participate in a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners
Reinforce the FRT Brand and where possible help build access to client data
Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop content and collateral for partners
Analyze partner performance metrics and sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in a partnership and/or channel management, business development, or client facing role, preferably with software or SaaS companies that serve financial institutions
Solid coaching skills
Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with partners at all levels
Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers
A confident, commanding presence and the ability to rapidly develop industry expertise
An intellectually curious personality and a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools
Preferred
Experience in wealth, hedge funds, asset management, fund admin, OMS, or Custody is a plus
Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage partner interactions and performance
