Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple architectural projects from concept through construction documents
Delegate, review, and take responsibility for the work of CAD Drafters, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers you supervise
Self-perform tasks as needed to keep projects on track
Assist with billing, construction administration, budgeting, and proposal development
Coordinate with internal disciplines (MEP, Civil, etc.) and serve as the primary communicator across the team
Lead client communication, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors
Prepare and review architectural construction documents and specifications
Ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements
Support the development of innovative yet practical design solutions
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience in commercial architecture, with emphasis on restaurant and retail projects
Strong client communication and interaction experience
Excellent organizational and leadership skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also driving independent results
Knowledge of building codes and MPE systems required
Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred
Revit experience a plus
Licensure or path to licensure not required but considered a plus
