Responsibilities
Support engineers and cross-functional teams with tasks related to COSP processes
Gather, develop, and document technical data for Boeing products
Process and analyze information from operators, maintainers, and internal systems
Maintain accuracy in multiple databases and internal servers
Organize data, prepare agendas, and facilitate meetings involving technical discussions
Generate and distribute weekly reports per established schedules
Communicate critical information to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with defined requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
1+ year experience using tools like Microsoft Access for data entry, organization, and report generation
Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data effectively
Preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
