Responsibilities

Design high-performing static ad creative for paid social (Meta, Google, etc.)

Produce polished email marketing designs that support brand storytelling and drive engagement

Bring ideas, and collaborate, with Copywriters, Creative Strategists, and account teams to translate briefs into clear, conversion-minded visual solutions

Adapt creative across multiple brands efficiently, maintaining quality, consistency, and brand integrity

Own end-to-end creative execution: concepting, layout, design, production, and revisions

Maintain excellent file hygiene, organization, and adherence to Structured’s naming conventions and workflow expectations

Participate in internal reviews, receive feedback constructively, and iterate thoughtfully

Edit short-form videos for paid social using Adobe Premiere (simple performance edits, UGC mashups, text overlays, light color/sound cleanup)

Understand social-platform safe zones and performance-optimized layouts

Apply feedback from Creative Strategists and improve edits with minimal revision cycles
