Lead with Impact – Oversee a dynamic portfolio for a top-tier tech brand, using data-driven strategies to fuel bold storytelling across social, creator, and earned media
Turn Data into Stories – Transform complex analytics into compelling narratives that inspire teams, shape creative direction, and drive smarter decision-making
Elevate Performance – Design cutting-edge measurement frameworks that go beyond basic metrics—assessing campaign success, optimizing strategies, and unlocking new growth opportunities
Collaborate & Innovate – Partner with strategy, account, and creative teams to seamlessly weave insights into marketing initiatives, ensuring data fuels breakthrough ideas

Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, insights, data analytics, or strategy within an agency or brand-side environment
A proven ability to drive strategic conversations with clients and uncover new opportunities for data-driven growth
A deep curiosity about human behavior and cultural shifts, using insights to shape marketing strategies
A strong grasp of research methodologies, brand strategy, and marketing models to inform decision-making
Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and persuasive recommendations
Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (social, creators, paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) and analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Tubular, Brandwatch, Captiv8, etc.)
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field
