Support engineering change implementation using JD Edwards and communicate requirements internally

Troubleshoot day-to-day process performance issues, develop solutions, and monitor improvements

Apply problem-solving methods to address safety, quality, and performance issues

Monitor and improve safety and ergonomics to reduce worker fatigue and injuries

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to implement automation, robotics, and digital tools

Validate process cycle times by conducting time studies

Maintain Bills of Material (BOM) and routings for product and process changes

Determine manufacturing time and cost of new assemblies; provide Production Managers with labor quotes

Advise and plan facility layout requirements to support business planning
