Legal Support Analyst
The Office of the New York State Attorney General’s Criminal Enforcement and Financial Crimes Bureau is seeking a Legal Support Analyst in Albany. The LSA will work closely with attorneys and investigators on complex financial crimes, conducting investigative and legal support functions throughout the case process.

Responsibilities
Conducting investigative assignments such as drafting subpoenas
Reviewing documents
Searching commercial and law enforcement databases
Analyzing phone and bank records
Monitoring electronic surveillance
Processing documents to be turned over during discovery
Preparing demonstrative exhibits
Testifying in the grand jury and at trial
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree is required for the position
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Prior paralegal or comparable experience is strongly preferred
Experience researching and analyzing documents
Demonstrated interest in the law and law enforcement
Applicants who are available to work in this position for at least two (2) years are strongly preferred
