Responsibilities
Perform civil engineering design for water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities
Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and detailed design drawings
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met
Conduct site evaluations and provide technical recommendations
Review and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
Support project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes for engineering deliverables
Provide onsite support during construction phases to ensure design integrity and resolve technical issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree from an ABET‑accredited program and 3 years of civil engineering experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Civil or related Engineering Technology from an ABET‑accredited program plus FE exam completion and 3 years of civil engineering experience
OR Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and 2 years of civil engineering experience
Strong knowledge of standard civil engineering techniques and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem‑solving skills
U.S. work experience required
Onsite construction experience required
Preferred
Certification: Engineers in Training (EIT) Certification preferred
Consulting experience preferred
