Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow MirrorScape's client base in the AEC industry
Build relationships with architects, owners, and developers through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events
Deliver client-facing presentations, demos, and Lunch & Learns to showcase MirrorScape's capabilities
Collaborate with Business Development, VDC, and Operations teams to align services with project strategies
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and pipeline growth goals
Represent MirrorScape at conferences and industry events to expand brand awareness
Track leads, pursuits, and client interactions in CRM system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture/Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of business development, sales, or client-facing experience in the AEC industry (equivalent experience considered)
Strong relationship-building skills with proven ability to generate trust and credibility
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to grow a new business line
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Familiarity with reality capture services (3D laser scanning, drones, robotics, visualization)
Willingness to travel up to 50% across Texas
