Responsibilities
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount
Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication
Directs, trains, and evaluates the performance of slot attendants
Verifies and processing jackpot payouts
Handles cash transactions and ensuring accuracy in accounting procedures
Analyzes game performance data and provides insights for improvement
Maintains adherence to all relevant gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls
Ensures the security of slot machines, cash handling procedures, and the overall integrity of the slot floor
Responsible for understanding all available slot floor system reports, game information and knowledge of the player tracking system to investigate and resolve guest complaints
Knowledgeable and actively promotes Marketing events by communicating necessary information to floor personnel; available to assist marketing personnel when necessary
Manages the slot floor operations during their assigned shift, including staff scheduling and resource allocation
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two (2) to Three (3) years experience in gaming operations
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management
Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to (50) lbs in weight without difficulty, repeatedly
Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty
Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
