Required

Associate's degree in Business or related field; or equivalent experience in banking/financial services operations or consultative client services, requiring application of financial acumen, critical thinking and organizational skills

2 years of experience in commercial loan documentation, cash management, service delivery and/or branch operations required

General understanding of all business products and services including ancillary areas, such as Business Services, Cash Management, Employee Benefits, and Corporate Cards

PC skills using MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Ability to be highly accurate, thorough, and capable of timely and efficient follow-up

Ability to prioritize among multiple time-sensitive tasks

Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills

Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills

Ability to follow through on tasks

Ability to be team oriented
