Developing and managing a sales funnel to meet specific monthly sales targets
Maintaining ongoing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure all contractual obligations and targets are being met
Identifying and driving strategic sales opportunities at targeted multifamily properties
Local representation at industry association and client events
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current customers
Telephone, email, and social media utilization to generate meetings
Providing proposals and managing pipeline through Salesforce
Networking and participation in local apartment industry functions
Ability to sell on value and services offered, Cross Selling
Asking for referrals
Strategic Partner Development
Working with a team
Using LinkedIn and other business networks to pursue professional Relationships
Qualification
Required
B2B outside sales experience required
Developing and managing a sales funnel to meet specific monthly sales targets
Maintaining ongoing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure all contractual obligations and targets are being met
