Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems in petroleum equipment
Perform technical and mechanical tasks using power and hand tools
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients understand repairs and maintenance performed
Accurately complete service orders, reports, and documentation
Travel between job sites in a company-provided vehicle to perform service and maintenance
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including properly maintained company vehicle and uniform
Accurately track truck inventory of repair parts and consumables
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as established by Eaton Sales & Service
Obtain and maintain state and manufacturer certifications, including on-the-job, classroom, and online training
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Minimum 1-2 years of mechanical, electrical, or service industry experience (petroleum industry preferred)
Ability to use diagnostic tools, read schematics, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
Must be able to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
