Responsibilities

Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians

Act as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director

Provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs)

Administer medications to residents

Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness

Have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience

Assist those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia

Be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MAR’s and doctors' orders

Excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking and working independently
