The role involves managing projects, providing technical leadership, and ensuring successful implementation of software development tools and solutions in a secure government environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from original concept through final implementation
Provide technical and analytical leadership/guidance to project teams
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met

Qualification

IT project managementSharePoint administrationMicrosoft 365 Power PlatformProject Management Professional (PMP)IT security protocolsLeadership abilitiesCommunication skillsCross-functional collaboration

Required

Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance
Bachelor's degree in related field
7+ years of experience in IT project management
Knowledge of current project management methodologies and best practices in classified environments
Experience with SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 Power Platform
Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of IT security protocols in government settings
Proficiency with project management tools and software

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience working with FBI, DOJ or federal law enforcement agencies
Experience with secure intelligence reporting systems
Knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
