Responsibilities

Enter deals into internal systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Update marketing materials, including monument signage, brochures, and aerial maps

Review and update exclusive and prohibited use exhibits

Assist with merchandising mix analysis

Prepare and run leasing reports

Conduct tenant outreach and assist with communication

Identify opportunities to increase pylon occupancy

Perform common area compliance audits, including reviewing agreements, signage, and window coverings

Communicate and coordinate with vendors

Required

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a business oriented major

Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
