American Residential Services is a full-service residential heating and air conditioning contractor located in Mountlake Terrace, WA. They are seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.

Responsibilities

Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems

Install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems

Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper

Qualification

Residential HVAC InstallationEPA CertificationLocal inspection codesCustomer serviceCommunication skills

Required

At least 3 years of residential HVAC Installation experience

Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned

Working knowledge of local inspection codes

EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available)

A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills

Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis

Willingness to work weekends when necessary

All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver's license with good driving record
