F. Schumacher & Co. is an innovative interior design company that is disrupting the global interior design industry. The Hospitality Intern will support the Hospitality brand by engaging in sampling efforts, sales and marketing initiatives, and order processing of Schumacher products.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Design Consultant and Project Manager teams to support clients

Process memo orders and project shops for the Hospitality team

Cut and label custom Hospitality fabrics and wallcoverings for designer approval

Collaborate with the Project Management team to execute key initiatives and tasks for the department's growth

Assist with operations and logistical tasks as needed

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or hold a bachelor's degree and have a competitive GPA

A successful multi-tasker who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Ability to be both collaborative and self-sufficient to meet and exceed needs of business

Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Quick comprehension of online software

A self-motivated, proactive, fearless and positive

Eager to be a team player and learn along the way

Preferred

A great interest (passion preferred) for interior design and creative

Knowledgeable and/or interested in textiles and wallcoverings and hospitality markets
