Leading with excellence across all project phases—from financial performance and quality control to safety, scheduling, and risk management
Coaching the next generation of construction leaders, including project managers, engineers, and superintendents
Building strong partnerships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Driving innovation through continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our standards
Supporting business development efforts by providing technical expertise to win new opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
10-12 years of commercial construction experience with a track record of leading successful projects
Deep expertise in construction operations, financial oversight, and team leadership
Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred
LEED AP or Green Associate certification
