Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and operationalize software solutions and systems that perform cyber data analytics at scale in a variety of technology platforms
Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge
Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Work independently with some guidance
Review or guide activities of more junior employees

Required

Experience developing software solutions in secure or mission-critical environments
Experience with a programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, C#, or Go
Experience building, testing, and deploying software within Linux or Windows environments
Experience with secure coding principles, static and dynamic code analysis, and vulnerability remediation
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, such as Git, and automated build tools
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, application programming interfaces (APIs), and data structures
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity field
DoD 8140 baseline Level II Certification, such as Security+, CySA+, or CISSP

Preferred

Experience developing software for cyber defense, cyber tools, or automated detection and enrichment workflows
Experience with DevSecOps environments, containerization, such as Docker or Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with microservices architectures and high-performance distributed systems
Experience integrating security controls, threat intelligence feeds, or cyber telemetry into software capabilities
Experience with automated testing frameworks, fuzzing, or exploit mitigation techniques
Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, identity management, API security, or encryption standards
Knowledge of secure architectures, such as NIST 800-53 or DoD RMF, and compliance requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Cybersecurity preferred
AWS Developer, Azure Developer, Security+, or CEH Certification
