Ensures all required training for operators is scheduled and completed on time
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1st Class Stationary Engineers License, Mechanical Journeyman License, Electrical Journeyman License or Universal Refrigeration License
Minimum 8 years of related experience
Ability to supervise effectively and maintain appropriate scheduling
Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints concerning mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines
